摘要
通过对研究生学科服务现有模式、需求及存在难点的分析,剖析了同伴教育模式嵌入高校图书馆研究生学科服务的可行性与必要性;基于研究生学习和科研的活动周期,为高校图书馆嵌入研究生学科服务提供了一种新模式;并针对同伴教育组织保障体系、同伴教育者招募与培训、同伴教育运行及考评方面的实施策略进行了探讨,希望能够为高校图书馆嵌入学科服务提供参考。
The paper analyzes the existing model, the demand and the difficulty of the research on the graduate subject service and discusses the feasibility and necessity of the peer education model embedded in the university libraries. Meanwhile based on the activity cycle of graduate study and scientific research, it provides a new model embeded subject service of graduate students for the university libraries. In the light of exploration of the organization guarantee system, the implementation strategy of peer educators in recruiting and training, also operation and evaluation on the peer education synchronously, which can provide the reference for embelded subject service in the university libraries.
