摘要
对贺斯格乌拉褐煤及其商品煤的物理特性和焦渣特性进行了分析,认为该褐煤为典型的特低硫、低灰、高挥发分煤,无粘结性,属褐煤中的优质品种,适宜电厂使用;对该褐煤在电厂应用的经济性分析表明,电厂全烧或掺烧此褐煤,可解决电厂用煤偏紧及锅炉安全、稳定、经济运行的问题,实现降本增效;对发热量相对较低的褐煤或适宜生产腐殖酸的褐煤,可根据其特征开拓其他经济用途。
The physical characteristics and char residue characteristics of Hesigewula lignite and its commercial coal are analyzed. Hesigewula lignite is a typical ultra-low sulfur,low ash,high volatile coal with no caking property. It belongs to the high quality lignite and is suitable for the power plants.The economic analysis for its application in the power plant shows that after the power plant burns lignite or lignite mixed with other kinds of coal, the thermal coal shortage is disappeared and the safety of boiler,the stability and economic operation of boiler are improved with the result of cost reducing and efficiency increasing. Lignite with relatively low heat value or lignite suitable for humic acid production can be used to develop other economic uses according to its characteristics.
