摘要
目的:观察膈下逐瘀汤加味方联合体部伽马刀治疗气滞血瘀型胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法:将40例气滞血瘀型胰腺癌患者随机分为两组各20例,对照组采用PTV边缘剂量3~5Gy/F,5F/W,总剂量45~51Gy/2~3W的高分次剂量短疗程治疗模式,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用膈下逐瘀汤加味方治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为65.0%,对照组为35.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组骨髓抑制反应及主要症状积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膈下逐瘀汤加味方联合体部伽马刀治疗胰腺癌有较高的缓解率,能减轻不良反应,提高患者生存质量。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei GexiaZhuyu decoction combined with body gam- ma knife in the treatment of pancreatic cancer with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Methods ： A total of 40 patients with pancreatic cancer with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 20 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given a low - dose hyperfractionated regimen with a PTV marginal dose of 3 - 5 Gy per fraction and 5 fractions per week and a total dose of 45 - 51Gy for 2 - 3 weeks, and those in the treatment group were given Jiawei GexiaZhuyu decoction in ad- dition to the treatment for the control group. Results：There was a significant difference in the overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（65.0% vs 35.0% , P 〈 0.05 ）, as well as significant differences in bone marrow suppression and major symptom scores between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： In the treat- ment of pancreatic cancer,Jiawei GexiaZhuyu decoction combined with body gamma knife has a high remission rate and can reduce adverse events and improve patients＇ quality of life.
