摘要
风能件灰铸铁件经过新产品开发首件验证,又进行了产品小批量生产,达到的预期目的。新产品开发在没有经验的基础上进行DOE试验,根据DOE试验结果选择合适的熔炼工艺参数,再进行首件的生产验证可以大大提高新产品开发的成功率,降低由于没有成熟的工艺方案进行生产带来的废品损失,缩短生产验证周期,提高一次开发的成功率。
Wind energy gray cast iron pieces through new product development to complete the first part of the veriifcation, furthermore, a small batch of products has been carried out so as to achieve the intended purpose. New product development conducted DOE teston the basis of no experience. The appropriate melting process parameters have been chosenaccording to the results of DOE test. So the ifrst piece of production veriifcation can greatly improve the success rate of new product development. It can reduce the production of waste due to the lack of a mature process plan, it also can short the production veriifcation cycle and improve the success rate of the ifrst development.
