摘要
零售业面临消费者需求的变化、市场营销环境的变革与商业模式的革命,无论传统零售业还是电子零售业都在寻求新的发展思路,由此提出了“新零售”的概念。从两线融合和跨界合作、移动大数据两个方面阐述了零售环境的变革,用两个实例揭示零售企业做大以后丢失“初心”的原因,提出了从仁道、人道、商道、便利4个方面培育初心的观点,以及从模式、产品、技术3个维度实施零售创新的思路。
Faced with the change of consumer demand, market environment, and business model, e-retailing as well as traditional retailers are searching new development path, thus put forward the concept of 'New Retail'. The paper introduced the changes of market environment from online and offline integration and mobile big data, analysed the cause of losing original heart, then put forward that we should cultivate it from 4 aspects and realize retail innovation from model, products and technology.
