医学新生的儿童期心理虐待与忽视、认知偏差和自我价值感 被引量:6

The Association among Childhood Psychological Abuse and Neglect,Cognitive Bias and Self-Worth of Medical Freshmen

摘要 目的:探讨医学新生儿童期心理虐待与忽视、认知偏差、自我价值感的关系,为医学新生的心理虐待干预及心理健康教育提供依据。方法:使用儿童心理虐待与忽视量表、认知偏差问卷、青少年自我价值感量表对334名医学新生进行调查。结果:男生在心理虐待与忽视总分及恐吓、干涉、纵容维度得分显著高于女生(t=2.57,2.04,2.18,2.33;P<0.05);男生认知偏差显著高于女生(t=2.15,P<0.05);本科学生的总体自我价值感、社会取向特殊自我价值感(t=2.11,2.53;P<0.05)、社会取向一般自我价值感均显著高于专科学生(t=2.91,P<0.01)。儿童期心理虐待与忽视总分及各维度(除纵容维度外)和自我价值感总分及各维度呈显著负相关(r=-0.147^-0.311,P<0.01),与认知偏差呈显著正相关(r=0.151~0.249,P<0.01)。结论 :医学生儿童期心理虐待与忽视与认知偏差、自我价值感存在相关;对于受虐学生,认知偏差程度越严重,其自我价值感越低。 Objective:To explore the association among childhood psychological abuse and neglect, cognitive bias and self-worth of medical freshmen, to provide basis for childhood abuse intervention and mental health education. Methods:The Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale, Cognitive Bias Questionnaire and Adolescent Self- worth Scale were administered to 334 medical freshmen.Results:Significant gender differences were found in CPANS (t = 2.57,2.04,2.18,2.33 ; P〈(0.05) ; Significant gender differences were found in cognitive bias(t = 2.15, P 〈0.05 ) ; Significant diploma differences were found in self-worth(t =2.11,2.53,2.91 ;P〈0.05).Childhood psychological abuse and neglect were negatively correlated with self-worth(r=-0.147~-0.312 ,P%0.01) ,and were positively correlated with cognitive bias (r = 0.151 ~ 0.249, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions : There are relationship between childhood psychological abuse, cognitive bias and self- worth of medical freshmen; Their cognitive bias is higher, and their self- worth is lower.
