直接数字X线摄影在职业病筛查体检胸部摄影中的应用价值分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探索直线数字X线摄影(DR)用于职业病筛查体检胸部摄影中的作用。方法 20000例接受职业病筛查体检者,均采用DR以及传统高仟伏X线摄影检查(KHV)接受胸部摄影检查,对两种检查方法的影像片质量进行比较。结果 DR检查影像片的甲级率为41.64%,高于KHV检查的28.48%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR检查未出现废片,KHV检查的废片率为4.89%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在非甲级片的原因上:DR检查的主要原因为肩胛骨未旋开在肺野内,占48.61%,高于KHV检查的23.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);KHV检查在摄影条件和暗室技术原因上所占比例明显高于DR检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直接数字X线摄影用于职业病筛查体检的胸部摄影中具有影像片质量高的优点,且其操作简单,可以在大样本的筛查体检中应用,具有重要临床应用推广价值。 Objective To investigate effect by direct digital X-ray radiography(DR) for chest radiography in occupational disease screening physical examination. Methods A total of 20000 people in occupational disease screening physical examination all received chest radiography examination by DR and traditional high kilovar X-ray radiography(KHV). Comparison was made on image quality between the two examination measures. Results DR examination had grade A rate in image as 41.64%, which was higher than 28.48% by KHV examination, and their difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). There was no wasted film in DR examination, while KHV examination had wasted film rate as 4.89%, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Main cause of non-grade A image in DR examination was shoulder blade rotation outside pulmonary field, accounting for 48.61%, which was higher than 23.00% by KHV examination. The difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). KHV examination showed higher proportion of radiography condition and photographic laboratory technique than DR examination, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of direct digital X-ray radiography in occupational disease screening physical examination shows advantage of high quality and easy operation. It can be applied in large sample screening examination, along with important value for clinical application and promotion.
