摘要
目的探讨腧穴自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法 120例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组采用口服西替利嗪糖浆治疗,观察组采用腧穴自血疗法治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后风团数目(1.04±0.25)个、风团直径(0.77±0.22)cm、瘙痒程度评分(0.92±0.14)分均优于对照组(1.37±0.36)个、(0.97±0.63)cm、(1.47±0.42)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腧穴自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹效果显著,能有效改善症状,增强抗炎、抗过敏能力,调节机体免疫,具有积极的临床意义,值得推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of self-blood acupoint-injection therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 120 chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received oral cetirizine syrup for treatment, and the observation group received self-blood acupoint-injection therapy. Comparison were made on treatment effect and symptoms improvement in two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 90.00% than 75.00% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had wheal number as（1.04±0.25） pieces, wheal diameter as（0.77±0.22） cm, pruritus degree score as（0.92±0.14） points, which were all better than（1.37±0.36） pieces,（0.97±0.63） cm and（1.47±0.42） points, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Self-blood acupoint-injection therapy shows significant treatment effect for the treatment of chronic urticaria, which can effectively improve symptoms, enhance the capacity of anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and regulate the body＇s immunity. So it has positive clinical significance, and it is worth promoting.
