益气活血中药制剂对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤脑组织的保护作用 被引量:5

Protective effect of Stroke Refreshing Liquid on brain tissues with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats

摘要 目的探讨中风醒脑液对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤脑组织的保护作用。方法36只大鼠建立大鼠右侧大脑中动脉缺血-再灌注损伤模型后均分为两组,A组腹腔注射依达拉奉注射液3mg/kg,B组予中风醒脑液灌胃,每日3次,每次5ml。另取18只大鼠腹腔注射生理盐水作为假手术对照(C组)。麻醉苏醒后进行神经功能缺损评分(NFDS),取脑组织行TTC染色比较脑梗死体积,ELISA法检测脑组织TNF-α及IL-10水平。结果 B组神经功能缺损评分低于A组[(1.87±0.56)分vs.(2.56±0.99)分](P<0.05)。B组组脑梗死体积小于A组[(98.7±1.5)mm^3 vs.(103.6±2.4)mm^3](P<0.05)。与C组比较,A、B组大鼠脑组织IL-10及TNF-α水平升高(P<0.01),B组IL-10及TNF-α水平低于A组(P<0.01)。结论中风醒脑液对脑缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠脑组织有保护作用,其机制可能与其抗炎作用相关。 Objective To explore the protective effect of stroke refreshing liquid(SRL,a Chinese herb preparation)on brain tissues with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury models were established in 36 rats,which then were equally divided into two groups of A(treated with intraperitoneal injection of edaravone 3 mg/kg)and B(treated with gastric gavage of SRL 5ml,three times per day).Eighteen rats were treated with normal saline as sham operation(group C).Neurological severity scores(NFDS)were evaluated after recovery from anesthesia.The volumes of cerebral infarction were measured by TTC staining.The levels of IL-10 and TNF-αin brain tissues were detected by ELISA.Results NFDS was lower in group B than that in group A[(1.87±0.56)points vs.(2.56±0.99)points](P〈0.05).Volume of cerebral infarction was smaller in group B than that in group A[(98.7±1.5)mm^3 vs.(103.6±2.4)mm^3](P〈0.05).The levels of IL-10 and TNF-αin brain tissues were higher in groups of A and B than those in group C(P〈0.01),which were lower in group B than those in group A(P〈0.01).Conclusion SRL has protective effect on brain tissues with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats,which may be related to its anti-inflammatory effect.
