摘要
基于隐私计算和信任的视角,本研究构建了移动社交网络信息披露意愿的影响因素模型。通过问卷搜集了185份有效样本,并利用结构方程模型进行验证。结果显示,感知收益(社交收益和功利收益)以及信任(对成员的信任以及对服务提供商的信任)对相关信息的披露意愿产生显著的影响。
Based on the perspectives of privacy calculus and trust, this study put forward a theoretical model on intention to disclosure information in the context of mobile social network. 185 data were collected using questionnaire survey, and analyzed by structural equation model. Results showed that, perceived benefits (social benefit and utilitarian benefit) and trust (trust in others and trust in service provider) significantly affected disclosure intention.
