摘要 由于意外灾难和人为蓄意攻击事件的不断发生,使得供应链网络设计中的不确定因素受到广泛关注。假设供应商的供应量带有随机波动,研究基于供应量不确定的鲁棒设施选址模型。在建立模型时,通过机会约束来保证即使供应商的供应量比原定量少时,仍能以较大的概率满足需求。然后,利用数学变换,将带有概率约束的模型转化为混合整数规划问题,并设计禁忌搜索算法求解模型。最后,通过随机生成的数值算例分析系统总成本随置信水平的变化情况,并对供应量的不确定水平、零售商的需求、设立供应商的成本等参数做了灵敏度分析。 In this paper, after assuming the stochastic fluctuation in supply volume, we studied and established the robust facility location model with supply uncertainty which ensures, through opportunity constraint that even when the volume supplied is less than that intended, the demand would be satisfied in all likelihood. Then through mathematical conversion, we turned the probability-constrained model into a hybrid integer programming problem and solved it using the tabu search algorithm. At the end, in the case of a randomly generated numerical example, we analyzed the change of the total cost of the supply chain system with its confidence level and bad a sensitivity analysis of the parameters of the model.
