摘要
以社区养老作为切入点,基于对老旧社区的宴地调研和户型分析,将国外相关住宅改造方法作为理念依据和借鉴,尝试性提出老旧社区中住宅适老化改造的方法和设计要点,并针对老旧住宅的宴例进行改造方案的设计。
Based on a field investigation of old communities and an analysis of apartment layouts,this paper focuses on community endowment and refers to the experiences of housing renovation abroad to propose the optimal methods and key points of elderly-oriented housing renovation of in old communities,as exemplified in practical cases.
