摘要
建筑如何与之所处的山水场地对话?通过消解建筑尺度、塑造"无用"空间、丰富观景与运动体验,以及放慢时间等一系列操作,中国丝绸博物馆改扩建工程不仅回应了场地,还重新塑造了场地。正如西湖的山水是杭州市民们日常生活的大背景,改扩建后的中国丝绸博物馆则成为了融于这片山水背景的一座园林,来此处的游人不仅可以博览,还可体验这片场地上独特的尺度、风景与时间。
How can architecture have a dialogue with the natural landscape it inhabits？ By means of dissolving the scale of the buildings, creating spaces without definite function, intensifying the experienceof environment and movement, and slowing down the pace of time, the extension and renovation project of the China National Silk Museum not only reacts against the site, but also grants it a new identity： like how the natural scenery of West Lake acts as the backdrop of Hangzhou citizen＇s daily lives, the renovated museum becomes a garden faded into the surrounding natural landscape, in which the visitors can tour the museum, and experience the site＇s unique scale, landscape, and sense of time.
