摘要
液压凿岩机的缓冲装置能有效吸收钎具的反弹能量,保护凿岩机并提高其工作可靠性。现有的缓冲装置分为单缓冲和双缓冲两种。本文对两者的结构和工作原理进行了介绍,分别建立了各自的数学模型。通过仿真分析,获得隔套和缓冲活塞一个周期内的位移曲线和速度曲线。比较两者的仿真曲线得出以下结论:双缓冲装置比单缓冲装置能够在更短的时间、更小的位移内实现隔套和缓冲活塞的减速,并且复位终了时的末速度更小,所以缓冲效果更优。尽管在结构上稍有复杂,但双缓冲装置仍是大功率凿岩机的必然选择。
The hydraulic rock drill damper can absorb the bounce energy of drill tools effectively, so it fully protects the rock drill. There are two types of damper for the rock drill: single damper and double damper. In this article the theory and structure of two types of damper is introduced and the mathematical model is established. Through the emulation and analysis, the displacement diagram and velocity diagram of bush-damper rod in one cycle are gained. Comparing the diagram we can obtain the conclusion such as the double damper is more excellent than the single damper. Though the structure is more complex, the double damper is the inevitable choice for high-power rock drill.
