摘要
微小型发动机,因其结构简单、工作可靠、效率高等优势,广泛应用于农用机械、摩托车等设备中,尤其是割草机、链锯产品。针对实际使用的微型发动机缸体进行三维建模,运用稳态温度场有限元分析方法,对发动机缸体额定转速情况下的稳态温度场进行了模拟计算,得到发动机缸体散热片温度分布较高关键部位。针对关键部位散热片建立简化模型,研究散热片间距、数量、厚度等主要结构参数对发动机缸体温度场数值的影响规律。研究结果对于优化微小型发动机缸体结构设计参数以及提高微小型发动机缸体散热性能具有理论指导意义。
Micro-engine was widely used in agricuhural machinery and motorcycle equipment, especially in mower chain saws and other products by its advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and high efficiency. In this paper, ones built the 3D model for micro engines which was actually used, in addition, the steady temperature field of engine cylinder under rated speed was calculated by finite element analysis method of steady temperature field, finally, the key spots with high temperature distribution in engine cylinder radiator was obtained. A simplified model about the key parts of heat sinks is established to simulate the temperature influence law. Then, the influence of some main parameters like the spacing, number and thickness of the fins is studied. It is of theoretical significance to optimize the design parameters of micro-engine block structure and improve the heat dissipation of micro engine block.
