摘要
全面分析了影响板坯连铸扇形段使用寿命的主要因素,针对其主要影响因素进行系统阐述,并提出了延长扇形段在线使用寿命的措施。采取措施后,扇形段使用寿命比原设计寿命提高了33.87%~63.08%。
The main factors for influencing the service life of the segment of a slab continuous caster were comprehensively analyzed and then these factors were discussed systematically based on the analysis. So the measures for prolonging the service life of the segment on-line were proposed. After the measures were taken, the service life of the segment comparied with that of the original one was increased from 33.87% to 63.08%.
