薄规格45Mn17Al3低磁钢热连轧钢板的开发

摘要 为进一步简化薄规格45Mn17Al3钢板的生产步骤,降低生产成本,采用模铸+开坯+热连轧+热处理方式,开发出厚度≤6 mm的薄规格45Mn17Al3热连轧钢板。对钢板的常规力学性能和相对磁导率等进行了分析,结果表明,热连轧钢板经过正火热处理后,钢板的横向和纵向性能均匀,并具有良好的塑性和较低的相对磁导率。 In order to further simplify the procedures for producing the 45Mn17A13 thin steel sheet and reduce the production cost, the thin 45MnlTA13 steel sheet with the thickness equal to or less than 6 mm was developed by application of the integrated process including the die-casting technology, cogging down technology, hot continuous roiling technology and hot treatment technology. And then the conventional mechanical properties and the relative permeability of the steel sheet were analyzed and the analytical results showed that both transversal mechanical properties and longitudinal mechanical properties of the steel sheet were uniform with good ductility and relatively low relative permeability after the hot treatment by normalizing.
