摘要
介绍了高铝铁矿的资源特点,总结了目前选矿法、焙烧法、生物法3种铝铁分离工艺的优缺点,指出选矿法的研究方向是开发高效铝-铁分散剂、絮凝剂和细粒高铝铁矿分选设备,焙烧法应着重于解决处理成本过高的问题,生物法着重克服反应周期长、回收率低等弊端,以期为这类储量丰富的高铝铁矿资源的综合利用提供技术支撑。
Resource characteristics of high alumina iron ore are introduced. Both advantages and disadvantages in three separation methods of aluminum from iron including beneficiation, roasting, and biological were summarized. Pointed out that the beneficiation method research direction is develop high efficient aluminum-iron dispersing agent, flocculant and fine grained high alumina iron ore sorting equip- ment, roasting method should solve the problem of high cost on treatment, biological method should em- phasize on overcome disadvantages of long reaction cycle, low recovery rate, to provide technical support for this kind of rich reserves high aluminium iron ore resources comprehensive utilization.
