摘要
结合核磁共振 (1 H- NMR)图谱分析 ,对 GBE的水解条件进行了探讨 ,得出一套最佳的方案 :用乙醇浸泡 GBE,离心分离后得到上清液和沉淀 ,分别对上清液和沉淀进行水解。此法不仅在水解过程中不会产生大量难分离的果胶状杂质 ,而且能提高游离的槲皮素。
Combined with 1H NMR analysis, the optimal hydrolysis conditions for GBE was obtained as that GBE soaked in ethanol, then centrifuged into the clear solution and sediment, which were hydrolyzed, respectively. This method not only prevents from much impurity during the hydrolysis process but also raised the mass percentages of dissociative quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin.
