摘要
目的:探讨术后康复护理对乳腺癌根治术患者生活质量的影响效果。方法:选取我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的80例行乳腺癌改良根治术的患者80例随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予术后康复护理,比较两组术后的康复情况及生活质量。结果:观察组的功能锻炼达标率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院前生理状况、情感状况、功能状况等生活质量方面比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:术后给予常规护理加强化康复护理能够加快乳腺癌患者术后的康复速度,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective：To discuss the influence effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing on living quality of radical mastectomy patients. Methods： Selected 80 cases of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, and they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random. Routine nursing was given to control group, and postoperative rehabilitation nursing was given to observation group, and then the patients from two groups were compared for their postoperative rehabilitation condition and living quality. Results ： The patients from observation group had a higher functional exercise compliance rate, lower complication incidence rate, and shorter hospital stay than those from control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients from observation group were superior to those from control group in physiological status, emotional state, functional state, and other aspects of living quality before discharge（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion ： Through postoperative rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing, the breast cancer patients would accelerate their postoperative rehabilitation and improve their living quality.
