摘要
美国将教师职业道德的培养置于教师专业发展的背景中,通过政府的政策保障、专业机构的认证保障和教师教育机构的专业保障,形成"三位一体"的综合保障体系。在我国大力加强教师职业道德建设过程中,有必要积极借鉴美国教师职业道德保障体系建设的成功经验,将教师职业道德建设纳入教师专业发展体系中,通过调动政府、专业组织和教师教育机构的积极性以进步一完善教师评价制度,实现教师职业道德的全面提升。
In the United States,teacher's professional moralityis cultivated in the course of teacher professional development. With the support of government's policy,the offer of specialized institutions' professional accreditation and teacher education organizations' professional skills,a three-in-one comprehensive assurance system has been formed. In the process of the construction of teacher's professional morality in our country,we should develop teachers' professional morality in the course of teachers' professional development,arouse the enthusiasm of government,professional institutions and teacher education organizations,and improve the teacher evaluation system.
