摘要
目的:从整体观的角度研究《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中杏仁的用法。方法:对《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中使用杏仁的方剂,通过研究其不同的配伍、剂量和炮制方法,探讨方剂中杏仁的作用。结果:杏仁配麻黄以治卫阳被郁,杏仁配茯苓以治水饮内停,杏仁配厚朴以治肺气上逆,杏仁配麻子仁以治腑气不通;根据功效选用合适的炮制法;根据病性选择合适的药物剂量。结论:仲景在整体观的基础上灵活运用杏仁,使杏仁可表可里,可气可血,活用精当,组方严谨,可指导临床用药组方。
Objective： To study the application of armeniacae semen in Shanghanlun and Jingui Yaolue based on the view of holistic approach.Methods： Study multiple compatibility, dosage, and processing of herbs in the decoctions in Shanghanlun and Jingui Yaolue which include armeniacae semen, and discus the effect of armeniacae semen in them.Result： The combination of armeniacae semen and ephedra sinica is applied to treat obstruction of defensive Yang,the combination of armeniacae semen and poria is applied to treat fluid retention stagnating in the interior,the combination of armeniacae semen and magnoliae cortex is applied to treat adverse rising of pulmonary qi,and the combination of armeniacae semen and edestan is applied to treat FU QI being obstructed.The processing of drugs is selected according to the effect required,and the dosage is determined by the nature of disease.Conclusion： Based on the view of holistic approach, ZHANG Zhong-jing used armeniacae semen in different conditions flexibly.It can be applied in the conditions of exterior and interior syndromes, or disorders of qi and blood.The formulas are rigorous, but applied flexibly, and the method of application can be used as guidance in clinical practice of Chinese Medicine.
