摘要
为实现蔗渣资源化利用和应对染料废水污染问题,首先以蔗渣为原料,采用一种多胺基化合物对其进行化学改性,获得了氨化蔗渣吸附剂,用其吸附去除刚果红染料;利用红外光谱和XPS光电子能谱对该吸附剂进行化学特征分析,证实吸附剂上有氨基存在;然后,研究了氨化蔗渣吸附剂对刚果红染料的吸附性能,考察pH值、刚果红溶液初始浓度、吸附剂投加量、温度等因素对吸附性能的影响.吸附实验结果表明:氨化蔗渣单位吸附量随初始刚果红浓度的增加而增加;随吸附剂投加量的增大而减少,而去除率则随着投加量的增加而增大;温度对吸附容量有一定的影响,在25℃~60℃范围内随着温度的升高,吸附容量先增加后减小,40℃时吸附容量最大;氨化蔗渣对刚果红的吸附受pH值的影响较大,当pH值为4~10时,吸附容量较大并且稳定.
Bagasse was modified chemically with a kind of polyamine compound and an ammoniated bagasse adsorbent was obtained to use bagasse resource and treat dye wastewater. The chemical characteristics of the adsorbent were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and XPS photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that there were amino groups on the adsorbent. Then, the effects of pH, the initial concentration of Congo red solution, the dosage of adsorbent,and temperature on the adsorption performance of the ammoniated bagasse were studied in the article. The results of adsorption experiments showed that the unit adsorption capacity of ammoniated bagasse for Congo red increased with the initial concentration of Congo red; decreased with the increase of adsorbent dosage, while the removal rate increased with the increase of adsorbent dosage; the adsorption capacity increased first and then decreased with the temperature increasing in the range of 25 ℃~60 ℃, and the adsorption capacity was the highest at 40 ℃. The adsorption for Congo red by ammoniated bagasse was greatly affected by pH value. The adsorption capacity was bigger and stable when pH value was 4~10.
