摘要
硅油是玻璃体切除术中一种良好的填充物,然而硅油取出后3.5%~33%的病人会再次发生视网膜脱离。引起再次视网膜脱离的危险因素可能有多种:硅油的种类、视网膜增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)分级、残留玻璃体牵拉、硅油填充时间、巩膜环扎术或视网膜光凝术等,现对各种因素作一综述。
Silicone oil is a good filler in vitrectomy. However,3. 5% to 33% of patients have retinal detachment after removal of silicone oil. A lot of risk factors may cause recurrent retinal detachment： types of silicone oil, Proliferative vitreoretinopathy （PVR） classifica-tion ,residual vitreous body traction, silicone oil filling time, scleral buckling and retinal photocoagulation.
