摘要
为了确保临床使用医用气体的安全可靠,国家颁布的各项规范、标准和制度是最有效的管理方法和措施。需大力广泛宣传贯彻现有医用气体及建设的有关标准和规范,并在贯彻执行标准和规范的同时不断完善和补充原有的标准和规范。医用气体管道系统的设计理念是以人为本,以救治人的生命为出发点,以安全用气为宗旨,与工业气体管道系统设计理念截然不同,因此应以保证医用气体系统安全供气设计标准优先。制定统一的安全标准是医用气体系统竣工质量鉴定的依据。要实现交付给医疗机构一套安全可靠的医用气体系统,竣工后的专业验收必不可少。为使竣工后的专业验收不流于形式,尽快制定医用气体系统统一的安全标准是当务之急。此外,医用气体及医用气体设备生产企业和安装企业应全部实行许可证管理制度。
Medical gas engineering is a system engineering. Usually in the industry,it is called a * life support system”. In order to ensure safe and reliable clinical use specifications, standards and regulations are the most effective management methods and measures. We should publicize exten-sively and carry out vigorously the existing standards and specifi-cations regarding to medical gases production and system construc- tion,besides, we must constantly supplement and improve them. Very different from the industrial gas pipeline system design, medical gas pipeline system is designed based on the people- oriented conception and the destination of treating human life by supplying safe gases. So the safety of medical gas system is the prior design standard. The unified safety standards are the basis of medical gas system completion quality appraisal. Before a set ofsafe and reliable medical gas system is delivered to a medical institution, professional acceptance is indispensable. To ensure that tlie professional acceptance is not just a formality,it is neces-sary and urgent to make unified safety standards of medical gas system. In addition,medical gases and medical gases equipment manufacturing enterprises and installation enterprises should implement license management system.
