摘要
近年来食品安全事件层出不穷,染色馒头、有毒奶粉、灌水猪肉等频繁发生的食品问题引发了人们对食品安全的反思,食品安全已成为全社会关注的热点话题。文章使用了文献综述法、案例法、ARIMA模型法等方法进行了分析,阐述了食品安全理论和时间序列相关理论,剖析了我国食品安全问题的现状。
In recent years, food safety incidents have been endless, and food problems such as pollinated bread,poisonous milk powder and irrigated pork have caused people＇s reflection on food safety.Food safety has become a hot topic in the whole society.This paper analyzes the theory of food safety and the theory of time series,and analyzes the current situation of food safety in China.
