摘要
基于2001—2013年的海洋统计数据,从海洋经济规模、海洋产业结构、海洋科技进步贡献率、海洋经济增长对地区经济增长贡献率等方面,运用多种方法对我国沿海11个省市自治区的海洋经济发展作出比较分析。分析发现:进入新世纪以来,我国省域海洋经济发展迅速,海洋产业结构的调整和优化取得重大进展;海洋科技进步对海洋经济发展作用明显,但是整体科技进步贡献率偏低;海洋经济对沿海地区整体经济发展作出重要贡献,但不同地区差异较大;最后得出了若干结论和启示,可为沿海地区发展海洋经济提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the marine statistic data in 2001-2013, this paper makes a comparative analysis ofthe eleven coastal provinces’ marine economy in China from several aspects such as the economy,the structure of marine industry, contribution rate of scientific and technological progress to economic growth and the contribution of the marine economy to economic growth. The results show that China has experienced rapid marine economic development in recent years, and the adjustment and optimization of marine industry structure have made remarkable progress. The technological progress plays a significant role in the development of the marine economy, but the entire contribution rate of technological progress is low. Marine economy makes an important contribution to the overall development of the coastal areas, but it differs a lot in different regions. At last, conclusions and enlightenments to provide reference for development of marine economy in costal regions.
