摘要
目的:分析糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)行玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗的临床疗效及血糖控制。方法:选择98例(118眼)行玻璃体切除+硅油填充手术治疗增殖性DR患者临床资料,观察术后视力改善及血糖水平、并发症。结果:本组患者术后光感、手动、数指眼数所占比例均较术前下降,视力0.1~0.02、0.03~0.09、0.1~0.2、≥0.3眼数所占比例均比术前有所增加(P<0.05),术后视力比术前视力有所提高;本组患者术后FBG、2hPBG、HbAlc均比术前有所改善(P<0.05);98例患者118眼术中并发症占4.24%、术后并发症占38.14%。结论:DR患者经玻璃体切除+硅油填充术联合治疗后的视力得到提高,血糖水平有所改善,术后存在少数并发症。
Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy,complications and blood glucose control in patients with diabetic retinopathy（DR） treated by vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade.Methods：The clinical data of 98 patients（118 eyes） who underwent vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade in the treatment of proliferative DR were observed.Results：The patients in this group,the number of eyes,light manual refers to the proportion of the number of decreased visual acuity,0.1 ~ 0.02,0.03 ~ 0.09,0.1-0.2,more than 0.3eyes of the proportion of the number of all patients increased（P〈0.05）,postoperative visual acuity improved visual acuity of the patients;after FBG,2hPBG and HbAlc were better than preoperative improved（P〈0.05）;98 cases of 118 eyes were accounted for 4.24%,postoperative complications accounted for 38.14%.Conclusion：The visual acuity of patients with DR after vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade was improved,and the blood glucose level was improved.
