摘要
目的:总结针刺治疗功能性消化不良(FD)随机对照试验(RCT)腧穴谱。方法:按一定检索策略全面检索四大医学文献库,文献应用Microsoft Office Excel 2003管理,归纳RCT文献中穴位。结果:共纳入70篇RCT,运用频次最高的经络为胃经,其次为任脉、心包经、肝经、膀胱经。穴位使用频次最高的是足三里,其次是内关、中脘、天枢、太冲。结论:针刺治疗FD选用频次较高的经络是:胃经、任脉、心包经、肝经、膀胱经。选用频次较高的腧穴是:足三里、内关、中脘、天枢、太冲。
Objective： To summarize the acupuncture treatment of functional dyspepsia（ FD） randomized controlled trials（ RCTs） acupoint spectrum. Methods： According to certain retrieval strategy a comprehensive search of the four major medical library,management literature using Microsoft Office Excel 2003,inductive acupoint in RCT. Results： Totally 70 RCTs,use the highest frequency channels for the stomach,followed by Ren,pericardium meridian,liver meridian,bladder. The use of acupuncture frequency highest is Zusanli（ ST 36）. Followed by Neiguan,Zhongwan,Tianshu,Taichong. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment of functional dyspepsia（ FD） selection with high frequency channels： the stomach,Ren meridian,pericardium meridian,liver meridian,bladder meridian acupoints selected. High frequency： Zusanli,Neiguan,Zhongwan,Tianshu,Taichong.
