基于OpenCV建筑物变化检测系统设计

摘要 针对南水北调建设过程中众多配套设施建设后的管理需求,设计实现了一个建筑物变化检测系统,监测水库周边环境。详细阐述了系统建设的需求、关键技术,剖析了系统的主要功能。系统运用OpenCV提供的类库及算法的改进完成影像建筑物的提取,利用ArcGIS Engine提供的组件和接口完成对影像的预处理和分析结果的统计。该系统具有较高的实用性,复用性强,为森林、湿地等的周边环境监测等提供了一个很好的案例。 Aiming at the management needs of many supporting facilities during the construction of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, a building change detection system was designed to monitor the surrounding environment of the reservoir. This paper described the system construction needs, key technologies in detail, and analyzed the main functions of the system. This system used the class library and the algorithm provided by OpenCV to improve the image building extraction, and used the component and the connection provided by Arc GIS Engine to statistic the image preprocessing and result analysis. The system has high practicability and strong reusability, and can provide a good example for monitoring of the surrounding environment of forest and wetland.
