摘要
对国内外糖尿病周围神经病变风险评估工具的研究进展进行综述,初步建议门诊病人早期筛查采用多伦多临床评分表(TCSS)、NTSS-6以及临床症状积分表(CSIT),临床研究采用密西根糖尿病性周围神经病变评分表(MDNS)和英国足部风险评分表,主诉有明显疼痛的糖尿病病人早期筛查可采用利兹神经症状体征问卷(S-LANSS)。
Based on the review of the research progress on the risk assessment tools of diabetic peripheral neu-ropathy at home and abroad？it suggested that the early screening of outpatients should use the clinical evalua-tion scale （TCSS） ？NTSS - 6 and clinical symptom score table （CSIT）. The Michigan Diabetic Peripheral Neu-ropathy Score （MDNS） and the UK Foot Risk Score were used. The early screening of patients with significant pain in the treatment of diabetes could be done using the Leeds Symptomatic Symptom Questionnaire （S - LANSS）.
