钢纤维与玻璃纤维自密实混凝土力学性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 在大量室内试验的基础上,设计了工作性良好的高性能自密实混凝土,对比分析了钢纤维和玻璃纤维在相同长度下添加不同体积掺量以及在相同掺量下不同长度对自密实混凝土性能的影响,研究表明:自密实混凝土的力学性能在纤维长度为12 mm和18 mm时提高最为明显,钢纤维自密实混凝土的力学性能整体优于玻璃纤维自密实混凝土,因此优先选用12 mm和18 mm的钢纤维。 On the basis of a large number of indoor test,this paper designs a kind of self-compacting concrete with high performance and good workability. This test compares and analyses the effect of self-compacting concrete on different volume content when steel fiber and glass fiber contain same length,and the effect of self-compacting concrete on different length when steel fiber and glass fiber have the same volume content.Studies show that the mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete has a large improved obviously when the fiber length is 12 mm and18 mm. From the overall,the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete is superior to glass fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete. So we can give priority to use 12 mm and 18 mm steel fibe.
