摘要
宋代以来,随福建经济文化发展的兴盛,闽北地区茶树种植更加遍及,茶叶制作精细,茶具制作精致,福建之茶更是闻名天下。在种茶制茶的历史长河中,茶叶深深影响了当地民众生活,成为日常生活中不可缺少的饮品,是待人接物的重要饮料,斗茶之风也随之盛行。受益于茶叶,人们立祠塑像祭拜,当地亦形成了一种喊山的民俗。
In the Song Dynasty, with the prosperity of Fujian＇s economic and cultural development, tea plantations across the tea pro-duction, fine, exquisite production of north area of Fujian tea, the tea is more famous world. In the tea tea history, tea has deeply influ-enced the life of Fujian people, become indispensable in daily life is the way one gets along with people drink, beverage, tea wind also rife. Benefit from the tea, people set up a shrine to worship the statue, and formed a shout mountain folk.
