摘要
进入90年代,计算机应用行业对工作流技术的研究逐步深入。作为计算机应用领域中一项热度极高的技术研究课题,对它的研究及实践探索直接关系到我国企业的信息化发展水平和行业核心竞争实力。本文基于对工作流技术起源及发展的了解,对其技术类型(如生产型、管理型、协作型和特定型)和侧重满足的业务场景进行综述,并针对现阶段工作流技术应用中遇到的问题及问题成因进行分析,给出了应用选择工作流技术依据和标准。最后以一家集团企业的信息化为案例,介绍工作流选择技术的具体应用。
In the 1990 s, the research on workflow technology in computer application industry was deepened, and it is a hot technical research topic in the field of computer application, whose research and practical exploration is directly related to the level of enterprise information development and industry core competitiveness. Based on the understanding of the origin and development of workflow technology, this paper summarizes its technical types(such as production type, management type, cooperation type and specific type) and the main business scenes it focuses on analyzes the problems in the current workflow technology application and the causes. The basis and standard of the choice of workflow technology are given. Finally, the specific application of workflow selection technology is introduced taking the informatization of a group enterprise as a case.
