摘要
将"OSC"的人才培养理念应用到商务英语教育中,以学生为本,能够提高学生的综合素质和创新能力。在商务英语教育中构建"OSC"人才培养理念,发挥学生的自主性,实现学校、企业和学生三者之间的共赢。根据人才培养目标以及就业岗位群情况的分析改革课程体系,加强校内实训与校外实训基地的建设,加强课证结合,创新考核方式,以确保根据社会发展和变化,及时更新教学内容,提高学生的综合素质,办出商务英语专业的特色。
Based on the students,the implication of 'OSC' business talents cultivation concept,namely open and cooperative paradigm,strengthening integrative resources,creating educational process,in business English education can improve the students' comprehensive quality and innovative ability.The 'OSC' business talents cultivation concept is constructed in the Business English education thereby exerting students' autonomy and realizing the win-win results among schools,enterprises and students.According to the goal of talents cultivation and the analysis of employment post cluster,the curriculum system should be reformed and reorganized,the on-campus and outside campus training base construction should be strengthened,classes and certificates should be strongly combined,along with the innovative assessment method,as well as updating teaching content to improve the comprehensive quality of students and develop the characteristics of Business English major depending on the social development and change.
