摘要
利用端羟基超支化聚合物(HBP)和醋酸进行酯化反应,合成一种新型漂白活化剂.对其合成条件进行优化,并与常用的活化剂四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)进行应用性能对比.结果表明:当HBP和CH_3COOH的摩尔比为1∶3,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为4 h时,合成的新型漂白活化剂对羽绒的漂白效果最佳.新合成的漂白活化剂与常用的漂白活化剂TAED相比,新合成的漂白活化剂漂白效果更好,使羽绒白度比用TAED漂白时提高了10%.
A new type of bleach activator was synthesized by esterification of hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polymer(HBP) and acetic acid.The synthesis conditions were optimized,and compared with the conventional activator tetraacetylethylenediamine(TAED).Results show that when the molar ratio of 1 ∶ 3 of HBP and CH_3COOH,reaction temperature is 110 ℃,reaction time is 4 h,the synthesis of new bleaching activator of feather bleaching effect is best.Compared with the commonly used bleaching activator TAED,the new synthetic bleaching activator has better bleaching effect,which makes the down whiteness ratio improved by 10% compared with TAED.
