摘要
合成了一种带双键的新型酸性离子液体1-磺酸丁基-4-乙烯基咪唑三氟甲磺酸盐([SO_3H(CH_2)_4VIm][CF_3SO_3]),并用于催化油酸合成生物柴油,考察了反应条件对催化合成的影响。结果表明:在反应温度60℃,反应时间5 h,催化剂用量为油酸物质的量的5%及甲醇和油酸的物质的量比(醇油比)为6∶1时,生物柴油的产率达到96.07%。该离子液体经过5次重复使用,生物柴油的产率还在95%以上,仍有较好的催化活性。
A new acilic ionic liquids with double bond ([SO3H(CH2 ) 4VIm][CF3SO3 ]) was synthesized and used in the esterification reaction of oleic acid to synthesize biodiesel. The effects of reaction conditions on the catalytic synthesis were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were the molar fraction of ionic liquid to oleic acid 5 %,molar ratio of methanol to oleic acid 6:1, 60℃ and 5h. Under these conditions, the yield of product was more than 96.07%. The ionic liquid catalyst exhibited a good catalytic activity,and after it was reused five times,the yield of product was over 95 %.
