摘要
建立基于湿式离合器结合方式的传动油摩擦特性评价方法,该方法通过增加结合过程的能量密度来提高工况的苛刻度,能更真实地反映传动油在湿式离合器中的使用性能。采用该方法,利用Automax湿式离合器试验台对不同传动油的摩擦特性进行考察,结果表明:该方法对具有不同摩擦特性的油品具有良好的区分性;能量密度对传动油的摩擦特性有显著影响,提高添加剂中清净剂和极压抗磨剂的含量有利于缩短换挡时间和减小换挡冲击。
A friction characteristics test method of transmission oil based on wet clutch engagement mode was established, which adopted the method to improve the severity of working condition by increasing the energy flux of engagement. Based on this test method, Automax wet clutch bench tester was used to investigate the friction characteristics of different transmission oils.The results show that the friction properties of different transmission oils can be effectively distinguished by this method.The energy flux has a great impact on the friction characteristics of transmission oils, it is conducive to shortening shift time and suppressing shift shudder by increasing the amount of detergent and extreme pressure additives and anti-wear additives.
