摘要
本文以云南省保山市板桥镇为例,介绍了小城镇在新型城镇化要求下的发展路径。通过对板桥自身发展特征和问题的研究,结合既有理论和实践,总结小城镇新型城镇化应以离土不离家、农民变市民、产品变商品为内涵,依托要素,放大特色,走特色化的新型城镇化发展道路。围绕新型城镇化的内涵和方向,本文针对板桥现状特征及问题,提出了人、产业、空间、特色、机制等五个方面的发展路径。
Taking Banqiao Town in Baoshan City of Yunnan Province as an example,this paper introduces the development path of small towns under the requirements of Chinese new urbanization policy. Through the study of the characteristics and problems of the development of Banqiao, combining with the existing theories and practices,it is concluded that the new urbanization of small towns should take ＂employment from far to near, farmers converting to citizens, products changing to commodities＂ as the supreme connotation.Based on the connotation and direction of the new urbanization, This paper puts forward the development path of five aspects, such as people, industry, space, characteristic and mechanism,according to the characteristics and problems of Banqiao.
