摘要
高速铁路联调联试是高速铁路建设的重要组成部分。对联调联试总体情况进行介绍,重点分析联调联试关键技术及评价体系,总结联调联试工作取得的创新成果,并通过京沪、京广等一批高速铁路技术创新和工程实践验证,形成了符合我国高速铁路建设特点的测试与验证技术,建立了完善的高速铁路联调联试技术体系,实现了高速铁路开通运营时一次达到设计速度,满足了不同速度等级高速铁路之间互联互通的要求,保障了高速铁路运行安全、平稳、舒适。工程实践证明,我国高速铁路联调联试技术体系是符合实际并行之有效的。
Integrated commissioning and test(ICT) is an integral part of high-speed railway construction. This paper introduces the overall situation of the ICT, focusing on the key technology and evaluation system of the ICT, and summarizes the innovations achieved during ICT processes. During the verifi ed technical innovations and engineering practices in a batch of high-speed railway projects such as Beijing-Shanghai HSR and BeijingGuangzhou HSR, test and verification technologies in line with China's high-speed railway construction characteristics have been formed, a sound high-speed railway ICT technology system has been established, top design speed can be met during the fi rst operation after the HSR opens to traffi c, HSRs of different speed levels are interoperable with each other, and the safety, smoothness and comfort of HSR operation is ensured. Engineering practices have proved that China's technical system of HSR integrated commissioning and test conforms with practical conditions and is effective.
