摘要
产教融合是校企合作的高级阶段,是商务英语专业人才培养的有效途径,也是应用技术型大学转型发展的重要举措。商务英语人才培养只有走产教融合发展道路,与市场需求紧密结合,才能适应现代职业教育体系的发展需求。为了实现商务英语人才培养目标,高校应引入企业,共建产教融合实践基地,建立创新创业团队,借助跨境电商交易平台,建立产教融合长效机制,实现校企资源共享,才能使商务英语实践教学与产业需求实现无缝对接。
Integration of industries and education, the advanced stage of university-enterprise cooperation, is an effective way for Business English talents training, and an important measure for the transformational development of applied universities. Only by taking the route of integration of industries and education, and meeting the market demand, can cultivation of Business English talents tally with the requirement of modem vocational education system. In order to achieve the goat of Business English talents training, universities should introduce enterprises to school campus and build integrated practical teaching centers, create innovative entrepreneurial teams, and use cross-border electronic trading platform to establish long-term mechanism of industries-education integration, so that universities and enterprises can share resources, and business English practical teaching can dock with industrial demand seamlessly.
