摘要
目的了解医院空气消毒和相关管理现状,为相关法规修订提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,对20所医院的空气消毒方法、重点部门消毒现状以及空气菌落数监测情况进行调查。结果医院根据不同环境采用了适宜的消毒方法。10%医院选用消毒剂,消毒剂的选择和使用上存在问题;集中空调通风系统风管清洗率68.4%;52.6%医院未安装集中空调配套空气消毒装置;普通手术室空气消毒后自行监测率71.4%,感染住院病房终末消毒后监测率为55%。结论医院应根据环境条件和人员流动情况来选择空气消毒方法,参照现有国家标准使用消毒剂,加强集中空调通风系统清洗的管理,洁净手术室和感染高风险部门等应定期或及时进行空气微生物监测。
Objective To know the situation of air disinfection and the daily management in hospital so as to provide basis for revising regulations. Methods Using the method of questionnaires, we investigated the applications of air disinfection methods in hospitals and the key departments, and the situation of monitoring the number of colony in air by hospitals. Results Different disinfection methods were used in different departments. Disinfectants were used in 10% hospitals, and there were problems in selecting and using disinfectants. The cleaning rate of air duct of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system was 68.4% ;52.6% of hospitals did not install auxiliary air disinfection deviees of central air conditioning. The monitoring rate of air disinfection in an ordinary operation room was 71.4% , and the monitoring rate of terminal disinfection in hospital ward was 55%. Conclusion Air disinfection methods can be selected according to the conditions of the environment and the movement of person. The method of using disinfectants should refer to the national standards ; Hospital should strengthen the management of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system on cleaning ; The air microorganism of clean operation rooms and departments with high infection risk should be monitored regularly or timely.
