摘要 大型水轮发电机在开机运行中报转子接地,停机故障消失,故障点查找困难,采用交流阻抗法排查转子接地故障准确性更高。定子接地故障通常采用大电流燃烧方式查找,这样有可能会给发电机铁心造成新的损坏,为此探索了一种现场故障查找技术,通过自制CT工具测量定子线棒电流来确定接地故障点具体位置,这样可在保证发电机安全的情况下,快速、科学地查找出接地故障点。 The rotor grounding fault of large hydro-generator is alarmed in operation, but the alarm is disappeared after shutdown. The fault point of rotor grounding is difficult to find. The actual experience finds that the utilization of AC impedance method to detect rotor grounding fault is more accurate. The stator grounding fault is usually found by using large current burning method, but it may cause new damage to generator core. So a field fault search technology is explored to find the point of stator grounding fault through using self-made CT tool to measure stator bar current. This method can quickly and scientifically find the fault point of stator grounding in the case of ensuring the safety of generator.
