摘要
针对目前龙滩水电开发有限公司技术人才不足以及培训模式存在的问题,提出建设红水河流域水电站仿真培训系统,可有效解决培训方面存在的问题。分析建设红水河流域水电站仿真培训系统的现有资源优势、基本构成、建设内容及实施方案,并对预期效果进行评价。
In view of the shortage of technical personnel and the problems of training mode in Longtan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., the suggestion of constructing training simulation system for hydropower stations in Hongshui River Basin is presented. The training simulation system can effectively solve the problems existing in company technical personnel training. The existing resources for constructing training simulation system, the basic structure and contents of training simulation system and the implementation plan are analyzed and the expected effects are also evaluated.
