光伏组件积尘自动清洁装置设计

摘要 随着国内光伏电站大规模投入使用,光伏发电系统效率问题日渐突出。实际运行中光伏组件表面积尘覆盖不仅会降低光电转换效率,严重时会导致组件发热烧毁。本文设计了一套光伏组件积尘自动清洁装置,采用STC89C51单片机控制,该装置包含毛刷和吸尘电机、电机驱动器、继电器及限位开关、机械部件等,能通过键盘和遥控开启装置。该自动清洁装置结构简单、工作特性良好,有较高的应用价值。 With the large-scale use of domestic photovoltaic power plants, photovoltaic power system efficiency issues become increasingly prominent. In actual operation, it is found that the PV modules dust will not only reduce the conversion efficiency, but also cause the PV modules to burn. In this paper, a set of automatic dust cleaning device for PV modules is designed, which is controlled by STC89C51 microcontroller, the device comprises brush and vacuum motors, motor driver, relay and limit switch, mechanical parts, and so on. The device can be opened through the keyboard and remote control. The cleaning device has the advantages of simple structure, good working performance and good application value.
