螯合絮凝剂EPPCX的制备及对Pb^(2+)、Cu^(2+)捕集性能研究 被引量:8

Preparation of heavy metal chelating flocculant EPPCX and its removal performance for Pb^(2+) and Cu^(2+)

摘要 以聚酰胺多胺(PPC)-2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(ETA)接枝共聚物(EPPC)、Na OH和CS2为原料,在乙醇为反应溶剂的条件下合成一种重金属螯合絮凝剂阳离子聚酰胺黄原酸钠(EPPCX).通过FT-IR、13CNMR、有机元素分析对产物结构进行了表征.研究了反应时间、溶剂用量、m(EPPC)∶m(Na OH)和反应温度对EPPCX产率的影响,并探究了EPPCX投加量、pH值和特性粘数、浊度对Pb^(2+)、Cu^(2+)废水的去除效果.结果表明:当反应时间3 h,溶剂用量占反应物总质量的质量分数为40%,m(EPPC)∶m(Na OH)=1∶4,反应温度40℃,产物的产率达91.2%.处理25 mg·L^(-1)重金属模拟废水时,EPPCX投加量分别为110.7 mg·L^(-1)和120.4 mg·L^(-1),Pb^(2+)的去除率达到97.2%,Cu^(2+)的去除率达到96.9%.pH值=5、产物的特性粘数为2.54 d L·g^(-1)时对Pb^(2+)、Cu^(2+)去除效果最佳.同时浊度的存在使Pb^(2+)、Cu^(2+)去除效率均增加10%以上.与聚乙烯亚胺类重金属絮凝剂相比,EPPCX去除率提高8.7%. The cationic polyamide xanthogenate, a heavy metal chelating flocculant, was prepared from polyaminamide-2,3-epoxypropyltrimethl ammonium chloride copolymer,carbon disulfide and sodium hydroxide in the ethanol solvent. The chemical structure of product was characterized by FT-IR,13 CNMR and elemental analysis. The effects of reaction time,dosage of solvent,mass ratio of reactants( EPPC:Na OH) and reaction temperature on the yield of EPPCX were studied. Meanwhile,the effects of EPPCX dosage,pH,intrinsic viscosity and turbidity on the removal rate for Pb(2+)and Cu(2+)in wastewater were investigated. The result showed that the maximum yield of EPPCX was 91.2%,when the reaction was kept at 40 ℃ for 3 h with solvent dosage of 40% and mass ratio of reactants( EPPC ∶ NaOH) of 1∶4. When the dosage of EPPCX was 110.7 mg·L,the removal rate of Pb(2+)reached 97.2%.While the dosage of EPPCX was 120.4 mg·L(-1),the removal rate of Cu(2+)was 96.9%. Furthermore,the maximum removal rate of Pb(2+)and Cu(2+)could be achieved when the intrinsic viscosity of EPPCX was 2. 54 d L·g(-1) and pH was 5. Turbidity could increase the removal rate by 10%. Compared with polyethyleneimine heavy metal chelating flocculants,EPPCX could get a higher removal rate to heavy metal.
