摘要
某变电站2号主变压器比率差动保护动作,导致三侧断路器跳闸,通过故障录波分析、变压比试验、短路阻抗试验、频响测试数据分析、绝缘油色谱分析以及三比值法分析,并对设备进行解体检查,找出事故原因为分接开关中极性选择开关切换过程中放电,从而引起调压绕组损坏。对此提出了相应的防范措施,以防止同类事故再次发生,确保电网安全稳定运行。
Combing with the percentage differential protection action of the main transformer 2 in some substation, leading to three sides of the circuit breaker tripping, the author made a cause analysis to the test data through fault wave record, transformer ratio test, short circuit impedance test, frequency response test data analysis, insulating oil chromatographic analysis and the analysis of the three-ratio method, to find out the cause of the accident to tap-changer in polarity switch selector switch in the process of discharge, causing damage of regulating winding. Corresponding prevention measures were put forward for the transformer similar failure cause analysis and prevention.
