摘要
甜菜碱复配体系的稳定性通过TURBISCANLAB稳定分析仪与微分干涉显微镜综合分析研究,在多重光散射原理的基础上研究两种不同甜菜碱复配体系的TSI稳定指数随时间变化关系,并结合透射光散射光强度曲线分析两种不同体系乳状液。结果表明,TSI值越小,乳状液体系越稳定。通过光强度曲线可以反映体系分散粒子的聚集与絮凝状况。在此基础上结合微分干涉显微镜成像对稳定分析仪分析结果进行直观对比印证,确保了结果的准确性和方法的可行性。
The stability of betaine compound system was studied by TURBISCANLAB stability analyzer and differential interference microscope. The change of TSI stability index of three kinds of betaine compound systems with time was investigated based on multiple scattering principle. And two kinds of different emulsions were analyzed combined with the transmission light scattering light intensity curve. The results show that, the lower the TSI value, the more stable the emulsion liquid system. The dispersion of particles can be reflected by the light intensity curve. On the basis of this, the analysis results of the stability analyzer were compared with the differential interference microscope image, and the accuracy and feasibility of the method were verified.
