摘要 近年来,3D打印技术在医学领域应用越来越广泛,但在骨科领域的应用尚处于初步研究阶段,由于骨科解剖学特征和治疗技术的复杂性,熟悉3D打印技术的优势和特点,结合临床实际应用,在术前更加深入研究疾病的特点,做好充分的手术计划,可最终提高临床疗效。同时,也应注意到3D打印辅助手术技术的局限性,在临床工作中扬长避短,使其更好地为患者服务。 Recently, 3D printing technology has been applied more and more widely in medical field, but in the orthopaedic field, it is still in the primary stage. Because of the orthpaedic anatomy feature and the complexity of treatment technology, we must be familiar with the advantage and characteristic about 3D printing technology, do more thorough preparatory work about disease features before the surgery, make a sufficient surgery plan and aims to improving the clinical curative effect. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the limitation of 3D printing technology, make the best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages in the clinical work, eventually offer better service to the patients.
