摘要
文章探讨了规模养猪场引进后备种猪后隔离期间的隔离方法及措施,以期为规模养猪场引种隔离工作提供科学参考依据。在引种前首先对供种场家种猪的生产性能和遗传性状进行了调研,调查发现此次供种场家种猪生产性能良好,虽然同属于美国杜洛克猪品种,但是经过多年的饲养繁殖,与之相比遗传差异性比较大,符合此次引种要求;然后从隔离场的选址、隔离时间的确定、隔离期间免疫程序、血样采集与病原检测、饲喂管理和隔离期间常见病的诊断治疗等方面详细分析了引种后的隔离方法。经过此次引进种猪隔离期间的严格隔离,减少了生猪发病数量,促进生猪健康养殖与畜产品安全,保证养殖利润,并且为以后引进种猪隔离工作提供参考。
This study discussed the isolation methods and measures of the isolated pigs in the scale pig farms after the introduction of reserve pigs, with a view to provide a scientific reference for the introduction and isolation of pig farms. The investigate before introducing showed that the breeding performance of this kind of breed- ing pigs was good, although it belonged to American Duroc pig breed, however, after many years of breeding and isolation time, the immunization program, the blood sample collection and the pathogen detection, the feeding management and the diagnosis and treatment of the common diseases during the isolation period, analyzed in detail the isolation method after introduction. After the introduction of strict isolation during the isolation of pigs, reducing the number of pig disease, and promote healthy pig breeding and livestock product safety, to ensure that farming profits, and provide reference basis for next introduction of isolation work.
